Welcome to Ninh Binh, also known as “Halong Bay on land” Since it’s higher in elevation, the limestone cliffs sits among lush rice paddies with a river running through it compared to halong bay!

Much like a lot of other countries, covid had a huge affect on Vietnam’s tourism. They said this place used to be insanely busy, and hope that with this new reopening they can slowly get back to working again. Theres a photographer aunty that follows and takes pictures of you as she’s paddling with her feet, and she sells the pictures to you after! We ended up buying the entire album to support her and I love it so much!! This is something our kids can look back on in the future. Ninh Binh is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited and I hope that you’ll add this to your list of places next time you come to Vietnam 💚
